About your visit
Providing a Calming Experience:
Scheduling is done by appointment only.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
Appointments begin promptly.
Upon arriving into the ‘Quiet Zone’ we ask that you speak in a low voice to not disturb the other clients or the calm around you.
This is your time to relax and escape so we ask that you please turn off your cell phone and other devices.
Booking & Cancellation Policies:
To ensure your appointment is held, please make sure a credit card is linked to your profile. The credit card will be securely stored in our system, and the information will be encrypted and not accessible by anyone. This applies to all booking methods whether online, over the phone, or in person, and to self-paying clients, commercial insurance clients, and MVA clients.
For regular appointments, please remember our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and prevents a cancellation fee of 50%. We will waive the fee if you cannot attend but can send someone else to your place. Please note that a no-show or failure to call will result in the same fee applied.
As your appointment approaches, we will reach out to confirm it via text, email, or phone, 24-48 hours beforehand. This ensures everything is in order. If we are unable to confirm your appointment, we will cancel it and make the time slot available for others to book.
Late Arrivals:
If you do arrive late to your appointment, we will need to adjust the duration of your session to accommodate others scheduled afterward. Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we will have to classify your appointment as a no-show.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time before or during your appointment.
Special note for Pacific Source OHP and Trillium OHP patients:
Your appointments are very important to us, and we hope they are just as important to you. Please avoid no-shows or last-minute cancellations, as they disrupt our operations and impact our massage therapists.
Please be aware that if you have two no-shows or two last-minute cancellations recorded, we will have to suspend your appointments for six months. After this period, we will reevaluate your situation to decide if you may return to our practice.
Pacific Source OHP covers a total of 20 massages each year. These massages can be used alongside acupuncture and chiropractic services. We strongly recommend keeping track of your appointments to ensure that you don’t run out of sessions throughout the year, especially if you are also seeing other practitioners.
A referral from your doctor is needed to schedule your first appointment with us.
Parking and Location
Chi Touch is conveniently located inside the Oakway Mall in Eugene, Oregon. Here are two ways to access our office:
Parking Lot Entrance:
Enter between "Euphoria Chocolate" and "The Broadway Wine Merchants"
Find stairs on the left side, in front of the "Oakway Barber Shop"
Go upstairs, turn right, and locate Suite 220
Main Entrance (with Elevator):
Enter to the left of "Sabai - Cafe' and Bar"
Use the elevator right in front on the left side, or the stairs at the end of Sabai on the right.
Once upstairs, turn right and walk to the end of the hallway
Chi Touch is on the right side in Suite 220
Important Navigation Note:
GPS might incorrectly direct you behind "Trader Joe's". The parking entrance for Chi Touch is close to "Hyatt Place" and "Pastini" along Oakway Road
